The Oklahoma Restaurant Association Education Foundation is committed to supporting Oklahoma ProStart classrooms. Funding is limited, and requests will be reviewed based on demonstrated need, program growth, and available resources.

You’ve been invited to be part of something truly special — Odyssey de Culinaire, happening September 29, 2026 at the Omni in Oklahoma City.

Selected students will:

•  Be paired with some of Oklahoma’s most talented chefs to help create dishes for a crowd of up to 400.
•  Gain hands-on experience in a high-energy, professional environment 

Proceeds support ProStart programs across Oklahoma through scholarships, classroom resources, teacher development, and student events.
